nop... l2j uses it's own... so you'll need to hex edit server i think (l2server.exe probably)

how to change the server announcement when you log in into the game ?

go to your Lineage II client and inside 'Notice' folder, change the Notice-e file.

You can write your announcements there and send off that file to all your other players.

no hexing, no database tempering, its all easy breezy stuff.

announce: no save, 1 time announce
setannounce: set's a permanent announcement
delannounce: takes it away!
