How to change title/name+effect+aura attached

Like the title, how to proper change a title? I've tried changing trough the Char_Title table but don't work

I think you also have to change the title in the tables for translations, not just in the chartitle tables.

yea he has to edit Text_all_data. table and edit teh tittles names there ( for exemple teh Budokai ones) and then save and update the client and server with it (he only needs to do on client, but its good to always sync both at any case )

for example if i want to add physycal damage and energy damage here i edit 606;607;-1
then go on text_all_data and change also here the description?

Yes you would need to change the description in text_all_data as well. Remember to always keep backups just in case anything goes wrong!
