how to change welcome masg ..

plz can anyone say me how to change da welcome msg of da server ?????
i open .dat files in main server ...
something like a3_msg_welcome ... bla ... bla ..
but i dont no what to do ..
i juz wanna put welcome msg as ..

hey u shudnt hex zone server.exe u shud hex A3Msg_Zone_Tw.dat in zone server folder and ull find "welcome xxxxx" replace it with urs thats all

There is nothing called as rebirth files. its a feature which must be done manually...
