how to edit client IP

I havn't understand how to edit the client IP..
I used Hex to edit GunzLauncher, but the it shows me like there isn't any page and i use IIS so it should show something..
and when i click Start, it just wait a little bit, and then exit without any errors..

help please >.>?
 
Launcher, has nothing to do with the gameplay, changing the ips in launcher is only for updating and launcher page.

Check your sql server, dbo.Serverstatus

I have checked it, i have done everything like the guide said..
The server files are all fine.. but when i try to run the game, I click on start in launcher and then i see a black screen for 1 sec and then it closed...
help?

Remove your config.xml and try again!
And post ur mlog.txt in [ CODE] tags please.
