How to edit skill cool down time ?

Anyone knows how to edit the skill cooling down time ? Some skills are a little out of sync. The cool down time is like more than 300 seconds. one example is clobber charm.

Any idea how to shorten it ?

well .. maybe this is an client thing because i cannot find in skill_data anything related with cooldown times

i think just edit ur skill_data's Durations

you need to know the skillIDs then you can change it in your database and your files...

duration is the time how long the skill is on the char ...
i don't find something like "cooldown" in db files
