How to edit skills?

help me how to use massive haste with a sword/gaunt or bow!!
i edit it with item editor but i cant understand the editor because it's not english!!

what episode u use in ep 3 you can edit that in skill editor then in weapon need just chose the weapon u want it or u can make other skill to any char

and to the weapon..?
i am using ep6 s1

if u edit your skill same as editing the skill in ep 3 mix ep 4 just compare it in skilleditor of ep 3 to our new editor coz some part are not in english so just compare it
