How to encrypt gameguard ini file

I was decrypted the gameguard ini file and edit that file. Now how can i encry that file? Help me please.

encrypt? where can i find encryption for gameguard? all i know is decryption is only available but encryptor?

If anyone knows of a tool to re-encrypt the file ... or a way to re-encrypt it, it would help a lot.
