how to fix gold and monster drop?

every time i try to kill monster in ET2 its very hard and the drop is 20+k is that ok? and monster in icemap2 can drop inferna well, how to make the drop fix? and also valento is just 1 hit then die, i cant find the valento monster file i cant edit :?:

if u have the server files from ragezone, there is a file called monsterEditor.exe, use that, is really simple to understand. If u dont have that file check in the rtf section (is under tools i guess in the rtf section - sticky threat)
