How to Fix Port Problem

Hi Everyone My friend Got a Problem :newbie: with Port 10009

He try to use Port Scan but it say Time out

How can my Friend Fix the Port Problem so people so Connect.

Assuming he has everything for the server configured correctly, as well as the correct client files and server files, he might have to enable the port via the admin tools area. I forget the subsection in there at the moment that will allow for port enabling, but this is common with dedi's. If it isn't a dedi though, then I'd make sure that no firewall is on, the hotuk is configured properly, and that router/network settings are fine.

1. in ur router do "port forwarding" and set the port.
and then
go to windows firewall and then go "exemptions" and then go "add port" name it server or something and put 10009
