how to fix respawn at map kruma

hi guys

anyone can help me for fix my problem?

im already try to teleport to kruma from mandara area ... coodinate charater spawn correct and no have problem

m also already try use High Quality Ziva Pustika to teleport kruma its same also no have problem with HQ Ziva pustika

but when im try relog and use ziva pustika or pustika im get the problem in the pictuure

can somebody can tell me and help how to fix it?
