L2J How to fix => Starting item's/place's

Hello,a friend gave me his DB coz he stopped hosting his server and now I want to make it low rate.(It was high rate) I fixed most of the things but the last thing what I need to fix it the starting item's and starting place.


Please help me to get them off.

You can check ur DB for all these things.......
