How to fix the white character,blank furni,looks dont load.

Hey ragezoners!
Basically i'm teaching you how to fix the
white character, white furni, and looks don't load.
Looking for this for a while?
well here's the fix!
Go into your configuration file
and find your webbuild
and update it to the latest one.

Questions:
Q: Well how do i find the latest web build?

Q: It does not work?
A: Then the other only solution would be to
check all your external_variables.txt
to make sure they are setup correctly.

This isn't really an accurate tutorial because there could be other reasons why people have this problem too. For example, they could have their config wrong, not the external_variables.
