just look on the site jou find everything.
and if its to difficult for you than dont make 1 its not easier then they explain

Yes that is explained 1000 times,but all the Links are DOWN man ... So no chances to make a CO Server until the links are Replaced/Updated !

i think you need to look on other times because some of the links are from others there computers ! i had that problem to
