How to Make Mobs Spawn on Adventure Server Mir2

ive just created a server so its running on adventure at the moment but there is no mobs spawnning wut do i need to do to make them spawn?
how do i take it off test server so they spawn?

im new to this lol i appreciate all the help i can get

check that youve got a full mongen table in sql enetrprise manager as the files only come with easter mobs ,
