How to make the Launcher update !

Hello ,
I wanna know how to make the GunzLauncher.exe to make it with update because if i delect the GunzLauncher.ini ( @SKIP_UPDATE ) I will get the error message ! So i need to good tutorial ! Thank You to help me !
