Well its pretty easy...

1. Open up Vbox then go to Network Settings
stp1 - How to portforward in Centos ? - RaGEZONE Forums

2. Expand the Advanced Settings and click Port Forwarding
stp2 - How to portforward in Centos ? - RaGEZONE Forums

3. Add new rule and named it what ever u want
In Host IP put ur WAN IP e.g xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and in Guest IP put ur CentOS IP, usually 10.0.2.15 if u set it to NAT
