How to remove bug quest on characters?

Hi all,

I get bug quest on players and wish to remove the bug quests. For example, some players have completed all PT quests but has an undergoing quest for either a tier2 quest or lvl 100 quest.

What can i do to remove the quest of these people using just a level 3 GM ? I have no access to server files.

the only thing you can do is hexedit the player dat files. its all trial and error until you learn where to look for the stuff pertaining to the different quests. its best to recreate a character and give them the tiers and have them do the side quests themselves. sorry it isn't much, but hope that helps ^^.
