aye, on dserver ther`s no delay on tdb, pls remove delay...also i think the delay on blizzard & meteorstrike is to big....if mobs hit me i cant use that spells....

tdb has a delay because without it its overpowered in pvp

the only change i would do is if meteor or blizzard is interrupted is to have you able to move again...

i believe that in euro mir if a mob hits you whilst casting those skills (blizzard and meteorstrike) they fail anyway.
