/announce <message> : Announcment yellow on above :V you.. i believe that this is would funny if u play on WAN :V

if i set privilege to 5 for one character the npc's stop moving / acting.

is there any command to switch the AI on / off?

You was right.. After im restart my server (/root/hxsy/stop to /root/hxsy/start) .. this command would WORK 10000%
