Even after reading all the pages of this thread, I can't for the life of me get all the servers running. :/ I downloaded the full server files with fixes & client listed in the first post. My server is a VirtualBox machine, using bridged adapter and IP 192.168.1.70. My default gateway (router) is 192.168.1.1. As such, I copied all of the 192.168.1.x "fix files" of the servers (LoginServer, MissionServer, Both WorldServers, Both ZoneServers). I added all relevant ports to my iptables.
As far as the database goes, my "worlds" has my internal ip (192.168.1.70) with the default ports (5567, 5568) and default world ids. (1010 and 1020). Likewise, my serverstatus table has 192.168.1.70 for all the int_address values, with everything else left at its default.
I set up my connect.ini for the client with "Server=192.168.1.70,6543". I even port-forwarded my router, although that shouldn't be relevant when I'm only trying to connect on LAN... I'm able to start the client and log in, and it displays a world with 2 channels both saying "OK". However, if I try to enter, it just gets stuck at "Entering server..." Looking back at my server, it has stopped spamming the EVAL and instead shows "Ticket 0x010000000 ... really long number ... 0x15BF Sent". Checking the Test.log files indicates that all my servers seem to be connecting to the database just fine, so I don't think that's the issue. However... WorldServer102 says at the bottom "Address already in use 0.0.0.0:13407664" and closes the socket, even though at the top it indicates "IntAddress : 192.168.1.70, IntPort: 5568." (WorldServer101 log shows Port 5567). Likewise, everything appears fine with ZoneServer101, but ZoneServer102 says "Address already in use 0.0.0.0:757935405".
Am I missing something? It seems that it must be related to the IP and port configurations... But the only thing I can think of that I haven't done is manually hex edit the server files. (I was lead to believe the 192.168.1.x fix files had already done this, and simply replacing the server in each of those folders would suffice.) Is this correct? Any ideas on something else I might have missed would be greatly appreciated.
Evestu i did follow your instructions @ page 14, and used AK WAN Updater to patched both my worldserver and they are both like 109mb+, and before that i also use the AK IP updater to patch Loginserver,missionserver,Worldserver and zoneserver to my gateway address.
But my friend is still unable to login as it says system error. And i am sure he can sort of access my server as he is not stuck at the Logging in... message.
Any idea why is this happening?

Little help for a noob. I have done almost everything now. I just need to connect Navicat to the game but can't.
What I have done was
Connection>PostgreSQL>SSH
I am sure that I have entered the right ip, port, user name, and password but I'm getting a
Code:SSH: Password authentication failed
Edit: Could someone please just tell me how to connect the game in navicat?
could not connect to server. Connection refused (0x0000247D/10061)
Is the server running on host "192.168.x.x" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?
I've got this error can anyone give me a hand?
on FFAccount make sure your "world" localIP is set to your localIP on Linux. There shouldn't be a login server in the serverstatus just Zoneserver, worldserver and mission server. Make sure your Ext_IP matches your linux IP and dont touch the int_IP unless you know what your doing or else your will get a ip conflict with zoneserver..
Edit: Solved.
New Problem.
I can't login(ingame) my account.
I can't see the login server in serverstatus in sql.

This is the mistake that my server features when my friends try to connect to my server, for me the game works normally to my friends they can log select the server, bad at the time they select the character and click on start for really get into the game the message: Connection to the server failed. (0), already released the ports on the router, however the error persists.

So I've quadruple checked against the entire thread and I cannot get past
Code:[Desc]connect ErrCode[10035]
I'm starting to think its an issue with my IP address range, my router uses a 10.0.0.x LAN ip space, whereas almost everyone I have seen get it working are using a 192.168.x.x ip space.
Alternatively there may be a bug in the AKTools IP to hex program, demonstrated here:
192.168.0.33 -> C0 A8 00 21
10.0.0.33 -> A0 00 02 A
even accounting for that ( I tried using A0 00 02 and A0 00 00 as the 10.0.0.33 generic) it still fails, the server always ends up binding to 0.0.0.0:13407664 (note the completely insane port number) even when I configure the db exactly to the specifications detailed in this thread.

Edit: I used a host only network to force a 192.168.x.x IP and used the given files for it and everything started working. The issue definitely is the address range or with the editing of the files.
