Is that screen from your server launcher? of from an other server?

Probably his,since he is posting it here.
Looks to me like you either have:
1-A firewall that prevents access to the GunzUpdate files.
2-You didn't place the correct IP/Webhost/etc.. while Hexing the GunZ Launcher.

You can simply just skip the patching process,but that is usually not such a good idea.

probaby i hexed my launchers ip and my firewall is off.. anybody can solve?

Did you put a Patch.xml in the Gunzupdate folder?A blank one should be good enough.

there is 3 ips in the launcher.exe you have to hax did you do that?
