Hello Ragezone.

This is my first forum post... ever.
I have my own little v83 server for me and my friends, and i want to build upon it.
Can anyone give me suggestions on how to find programmers, and other developers to help me?
Ive seen advertisements and such but im curious about advertisements for developers.
