How to troubleshoot login issues?

I followed the guide and am unable to login:

Looks like I'm being authenticated as I do get an error message when using a wrong username/password combination, but when using a valid username and password, I'm stuck on the login screen.

Disabled firewall on centOS

Looking at LoginSvr_01, I don't see anything out of the ordinary:

check your magic key in your database
