How to Unban Banned IP on CENTOS?

Anyone who knows how to unban IP on Centos? Kindly help me pls

Delete them from cabal_clockip_list int he account db. Are you sure you mean unbanning and IP rather than a user though? Users are unblocked using "exec cabal_tool_ReleaseBlockUser <usernum>".
