How to unpack the packed file?

I have a file which was packed to extension like that: o.o, then i dont know how to unpack and pack it, anyone please help me or give me some key.

Where did you get the file? There's no way to guess the encryption from looking at the ciphertext, but if you know where it's from then it's possible to reverse engineer the code that generated it.
