So this morning i was talking to MAXTRAXv3, and he told me it is possible to host a gunz server using a "Dynamic" IP, So i tried NO-IP, and servers dont show up,

Then i did some further research. and found and the set up was a bit different, But the result was the same. No servers.

So then using my straight wan IP in the server/client =No Servers

Then i tried my wanIP in the server and my Private IP in the client = Servers show up -Cannot Access Server.

Then i tried Himachi =100% works

Note!: My ISP doesnt allow to have a static ip, so i need to find a way to host with a dynamic IP.

Any help with this problem will be greatly apreciated.

I posted in the correct section
I have searched [yes i know how to search]
I used a prefix [Request] So dont come in here doing anything rather than complying with my request.

I'm newbie with GunZ server but in my opinion, i think using No IP is not difficult. When your No IP runs (I mean DUC), your dynamic IP becomes a static IP so that you can creat a GunZ server by using this IP (I dont try to open an online GunZ server ^^).

P/s: Do you edit your host file? (C:/WINDOWS/system32/driver/etc)

* Try to add this:

127.0.0.1 localhost
LAN IP Your No-IP

-> Example: If my LAN IP is 192.168.X.Y and my No IP is abc.sytes.net:

127.0.0.1 localhost
192.168.X.Y abc.sytes.net

lol, i use no-ip for client and website to ^^, But you can get the no-ip adress easy to a normal ip.. You need a program called "DUC" You can download it from no-ip.com or you need to put by your modem /router the Dynamic settings.
