How would I kill my Evil Step Brother..?
First thing first, if he was evil, then I wouldnt kill him...Always a liability..

But if I had to then...

Step 1: Shove a Drill Up His Ass
Step 2: Make Pieman shove his dick into his mouth (I guess he loves doin it)
Step 3: Shove His Dick into a Coke Pet Bottle and make him watch Gay Porn
Step 4: Call a Band of Eunuch's from India and enrage them till they chuck his gilly off..!!

I'd stick him in an incredibly hot room with no food or water for a few days, then come in with food and a knife to cut it saying i changed my mind and his suffering made me feel sorry, then i'd cut his balls off with the knife, sprinkle salt onto the wounds let him suffer and then take some hot iron and burn the wound closed. if the pain doesn't kill him i'll let him suffer for another week til he dies. Torture are fun.
