Hunter Pet Loyalty removed? Cant get talent points?

I just noticed, that I cant see anywhere hunter pet loyalty level!
Maybe they have removed it in newest versions of WoW?

, there should be a text, right under pets name, but right now, that text has moved right on top of pet characteristics, and at top place, there is "pets/companions" button.
There should be given talent points for those loyalty levels...
And I dont get, how is pet getting talent points, cause, my 51 level chimaera has just 8 points...
