I bought a Mac and...

Other than it looking really good... it's a piece of **** that makes you feel stupid. Honestly, I payed $1300 for this thing

1 gig ram
2.1 ghz
120gigs of space(96 gigs after OS installed and basics installed)
13.3 inch screen

I mean its small light and looks awsome but should I keep it? Should I get a pc laptop with Vista for cheaper.

I bought it cause I wanted to see what the hype was with Mac. I also bought it because me and games no longer mix and I needed something small, light, and nice looking for school.

To tell you the truth, Apple is load of rip offers. Same as dell. They don't give you the money you paied for there products. I'd stay away from Dell, and Apple. You should really try building yourself. But if your buying a laptop, just stay away from Apple.

I've been thinking about getting an Apple Macbook Pro too, shortly after xmas after blowing months' wages for people who don't really care -.-

Considering I don't do much gaming anymore, and if I do it's always Steam games, I'm looking for something sleek and small to carry with me to college, be able to manage my music and film production easily and efficiently, something that'll burn stuff to disc without downloading shitloads of apps, and then realising they suck.

What I don't like about the Macbook Pro is the minimalistic aesthetics it has on the keypad. I mean it's just a tad boring/empty which is quite suprising, coming from Apple.

Anywhoo, hijacked the thread: should I get one (primarily addressed to people who aren't irrational, biased, stupid, fanboy fucktards).

Macs are only selling because of ipod and the iphone, both of which are pretty good products. However! Mac does not make good computers primarily because of the operating system on them.
They look sexy though lol
I like owning my dell because people will drive to your house and fix your hardware for you. They already drove out here and fixed my webcam =) it also glows different colours (any colour I want it to mof)
Of course it's bulky and MASSIVE!!!! lol 4gb ram and dual 2.8 processor ^_^ All I need to take notes in university

If that all your doing in college mate i advise a mac for you.

Plus steam games can run on mac using crossover ^^
