I can't creat acc by a3acc program

how to make acc? please anwer me

program a3acc show is

INSERT INTO account (c_id, c_sheadera, c_sheaderb, c_sheaderc, c_headera, c_headerb, c_headerc, d_cdate, c_status, m_body) VALUES ('nunid','nunid','nunid','nunid','nunid','nunid','nunid','1/1/2003 12:00:00','A','nunid')

when i put it to account in sql can't make it


please tell me who know that problem
