I can't run O2JamGManager.exe Plz help!

I using O2jam v1.8 and MSSQL, ini setting is OK,

but can't run O2JamGManager.exe & O2JamGateWay.exe

and i use 127.0.0.1 -> 192.168....(my LAN) but not run.

My OS is Win7 x64, use MS SQL Server 2008 R2, according to CXO2's guide.

32bit works fine. i have problem with 64bit as well.
