Mangos runs on version 2.1.3 now... I'm sure this issue is fixed by now. get a new revision.

you don't need TBC to play. The server knows if you have the expansion or not. If you set the account up correctly that is.

Yeah, I remember back with 1.12.1 I also had this problem, all seems to fixed now though. Hope this helps.
