I got a job finally... but ffs!...

I got a job at this store that sells products like ipods/computer/furniture/etc... i get 15% discount and x-mas bonus... the bad end.. is i only have 4 hour a week work.. that means that i basicaly got '**** all' to do all the otha days , but if there are hours i'll get the work.

So what does this mean? 4 hour x 4.95 quid = 19.80 quid... 12.50 of that goes to my bus fair to get to see my girlfriend each week.. i also get 10.00 of my mum, so that means that i shuld get 29.80 a week - 12.50... 17.30 a week to spend!, not to bad.

17.30 can get me... a driving lesson.
if saved up it can also lead to buying a nice top (3 weeks) or a nice shirt (2 weeks)

Life sucks for me i am so gutted i didnt get the 20 hour week job.. if i do end up getting more hours ill be really happy.

Any comments, conclusions, suggestions, ideas, or hugs/kisses.. please post them.

yeah i was able to get 40 hour a week in my previous job.. .. but the pay was 3.00 a hour, ripped off mate i know.

hopefuly i can proove these people i can do the job.

ive made 1000 in two weeks when i was 14

and x31 try this, work hard for a few weeks, then tell them u need more hrs or youll have to quit

Work hard, don't come in late, don't piss off anybody (esp. the customers and the boss) and you mite get extra hours/increased pay. If they don't it dozn't hurt to ask.
