I got a little problem L2O

Ok i got a problem with this. I have IIS installed on my box and offcourse mssql and php. Well my problem is if i look at the page of the cp (index.php) i get this : (

)

I did the mssql extention thing in php.ini etc but i can't find out why i allways get this msg. At first i tought it was something to do that mssql could not connect to IIS or something, maybe i'm right or wrong. I don't know it anymore.

Can someone help me with this?
