well i get expelled when i try to buy an item. . .the inititem.txt is same like the inititem.dat in config

You haven't edited the '(buy 0)' chapter.
So you must fill in a price like (buy 1000) (That's 1000 Geon)
in inititem.dat in config.pk and server.
