I Have a big problem. Please help me!

I have a server Ascent Rev1292. When i try chenge whit new ascent,
for example Ascent Rev 1518, or other - new than 1292, I have a big problem. I chenge and I restore player character, a cant log in whit tnem.
I have a eror like this

I try a many different Ascent Rev and different DB, but the problem stay the same.
Please, Help me and learn me, how i can fix this big problem for me?
How i can chenge Ascent Rev whit highter Rev whitout this problem?

Yes, I delete them, but the problem continue stay, but I forgot explain thst i create a new hero, whit him I login whithout problem, but whit the old hero a can't
