I have FPS Problem in StargateZ (only in that)

I have in stargateZ fps 15-25.four months ago I had 60 +. In iss i have 60 fps and another emulator i have 60 fps
My PC
Gtx 560 ti
8 gb
AMD fx 6100 3.3 Ghz
Windows 7 64 bit
can somehow fix this problem with fps.I've had this problem a couple of months.even format the computer.I need help ( sorry for me english)

Should post this on there forums as no one will be able to fix this except for the owner, Kinda be like if i posted here asking if someone could add helicopters to infestation survivor stories lol.
