I have some questions before I open cabal server

1) I can install CentOS in vmware on windows server 2003 from remote only? or i must to put install CD of CentOS in server cd drive?
2) How much peoples online i can put with 10Mbit connection upload ? and 2GB Ram ?
3) there is any bugs in cabal server files ?

U mean conect to a remote windows server and donload and install centos?, yea it`s posible...there r 2ways to boot in vmware and one of em is using ISO image locate on the hdd.

I downloaded VMWARE with 2 parts (001 and 002) and I dont know how to extract them . how do I do that?

dunno what u downloaded............if it`s iso use em as they r, or why not just get darkxl centos version from that link since it`s been tested already and it wont come out with mising libraries.

get 001 and 002 in the same folder
then right click on 001 or 002 and select Extract here (or extract to .....)

). Just open .001 and extract like you would with a multipart rar file.

As for the performance i really don't know, it's all too new yet so just experiment

The one known bug is that even when correctly configured it takes a few tries to actually get into the channel. You can get past the login ok but logging into the channel times out a lot and the select few who know how to fix it are being selfish and refusing to share that knowledge with the rest of us (probably trying to sell the fix) :/
