Here's another place for the C2 textures, I got mine from here but that was like months ago (or maybe less... I dont recall...)

They didn't require registration before, but I bet you could use bugmenot on it and save yourself some time. As for the l2cnmeshes.zip, they're on this forum somewhere, maybe hicks post on L2 setup? Or maybe it was that 311 server client patch post... in any case, it's here so it shouldn't be a problem I don't think.
