when i read the guide of making server its says i need to put my IP in the luncher and in the server files the problem is i use dial of ADSL so my IP always changing i can make a server when my ip is change?? if yes so how i can update the luncher? and the server files?

the 2nd question is:
i need to make the server on hard disk C? or i must do it on D? cuz i was opning MuOnline server once and it was work only on D so i want to know if rose server work on C eather

the 3rd question is:
i have windows vista i can make rose server on it or it work only with XP?
