I need help on MainSvrT

Hello,
When i start my DBServer and Login Server all start right....
But..when i start MainSvrt i loads full..but..it stuck on "Reading [ETC]"...
And dont advance (For a long time)...
Someone can tell me what to do?

guild table... check if every guild in the alliances exist and if every guildleader exists in Player

I dont use Xfire or ICQ...
About Guild table...I think...Guild table is not the problem...
But i will check if that is the problem...
