'cos when I try to restore the database using the VideoTUTO by Chumpy's...

i didn't found this FILES...

any help when i try
doing GameDB restore.

I need the Chumpy's data Files...NEW, but I dunno.

I have only release 1 set of databases so far and there is almost no difference between mine and the ones that come in darkxl's files other than i have cleaned mine of old data that doesn't need to be there. There is nothing wrong with the databases as many many people here will tell you so you need to be a bit clearer on what you are having problems with.

People here will probably tell you i do expect a lot of info in help requests but there is a reason for that, if i have every bit of info i need upfront you stand more chance of an answer that will help.

I downloaded all the files of your Topic..

and I downloaded the VIDEO GUIDE too.

ok.. when I doing the steps I have one problem...

When I going to restore the GAMEDB, using your GAMDB.bak, occure one error like this >>

First Error or Problem.. when I press OK JUST have ONE file to mark ( V ) AND HER NAME is : gamedb backup

and When I press OK occure the error.. >>
Your group of backup is different of the OLD backup.

P.S.: I never tried to make a private server of CABAL.

Smh...... Rapozah a few pointers. First if you can't follow the guide's simplicity you shouldn't begin trying to make a cabal online server. Secondly you need to download the PDF for MSSQL 2005 to grasp the concept of how to backup and restore the backups, it's two completely different things and you much make the backups with the correct names before you can resotre them also it's already listed in the PDF what you must do.

My problem is When I try to restore the GAMEDB.bak, occure one error.

it sees if it has some error :
First I Install the Brazilian Clien,
next, I Install the FrameWorks 2.0,
next, I Install the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express (PTB)
next I install the SQL Server 2005_SSMSEE (EN)

and create the databases in the SQL Server Managament Studio Express.
and in GAMEDB I clic in Tasks>Restore>Database.

I mark : "From devie" found the GAMEDB.bak (that I downloaded at Chumpy's TOPIC), ....
and my problens starting!

Just have ONE file to mark ( V ) and her name is Gamedb backup (Server: XAPHOD . .. . )

where it has error? ?

Please help-me !! S.O.S !! he he he...
