i need to fix Quest items expire

hiya Could you help me i need to fix Quest items expire
i used to know how to do it but now i have forgot and iv search the forum everywhere could someone quickly tell me How please...

When the item drops it says i have it for 7 days i logout and back in expire disappears iv got the weapon forever!
