I want to translate the quest file

If someone knows an website or a program who can translated from Chinese Simplified to English please tell me so i will start the translate all the quests, i have time for this and i want to do it, because i see nobody whant to do it, i have Akaruz Chinese (simplified) quest file.
If someone wnat to help me please just do it.
