ID and PW wrong? :(

I succsessfuly signup @ gungho.jp . Then I upgraded this acc. for A3 . I downloaded version 283 and installed patch 3.11 I connected but at the screen with the Tiger in the back (who growls), I entered my ID and my PW, but after 5 sec connecting becone the connect button avaiable again and nothing happend only mysteriosly sign in the lefthand top corner) Tryed my A3 login and my gungho.jp login.... need help !!!!! ;-)
