i'm new here.. i'm form brazil and need some help about age colors

Yo, how can i change the skins of the ages? example, if the age is +10, i want that the color shine in black, and if the age is +15 i want the color shine pink, for example.... how can i do this?? another thing, in the xpt server files, or another one, the colors of the ages is difrents of the colors of the online and tottaly edited servers. if you don't understand what i'm saiyng here, i'll try to use a online translator..

ok, thanks for the answer, but i already have this program but i dont know what files i have to modify. can u tell me?? and, i have to use photoshop to change?? or i can use another programs?
