Increase the Signature Line Limit

Please increase the number of lines allowed to like 10 or something.
As it currently is, it is severely limiting formatting options.
I'm pretty sure the limit when down when we upgraded to Xenforo.

Chunky, bah. Well-formatted sigs express the refinement of their owners. And spread information much better.

Plus it is fact that the limit went down when we upgraded to Xenforo. Pretty sure the old limit was 8.
