Increasing Maximum Level

Its also on a different forum in many threads and quite easy to find yourself both in the source and on "the other forum". I don't need to check an old skype log I do not even have anymore to release a simple edit for the community which they can come across with a simple search query either on the forums or in the source. Also, short can still be used. No issues with either or. Just less of a range for less memory.
