Inserting Map into an OT

I have just created my own mini trainer map, but I have NO clue how to put it into my OT.

I need step by step instructions, please and thank you.

Also, how do I make a teleport go to a certain spot? (I want a teleport from the temple to the trainers).

put it into \data\world
than in config.lua where it says map or something like that, put the (title of your map.otbm)
+to add teleport, u need to make a teleport in a map editor than right click it and input the coords to the location you want to teleport to
