Installing web on win server 2003. L2J

Hello. I am trying to ser up a server in windows server 2003. I am new at this OS but i understood allmost everything, the server runs great on this OS. The only thing i couldn't do is set up a web. I followed a guide in microsoft web page, but i didt manage to do it. I also tried to follow other guides i found but nothing.
My main problem is that i cant set my web as main web when i go to

. I created the web folder set up the virual folder, but it didnt work.
I am going crazy with this!!.

Try wamp? i never had windows 2003 so i dont know any thing about this
